Ganesha’s Healthy Modak Recipe

Ingredients: 1 cup chopped seedless dates, 1/4 cup chopped almonds (or favorite nut), 1/8 cup desiccated coconut.

Instructions: Combine all ingredients in mixing bowl and mix well. Pinch out small amount and shape into ball or classic modak shape (think Hershey’s kiss!). Enjoy!

Pro Tip: Leave one modak out as an offering to Ganesha on his special day, Ganesh Chaturthi! (Remember, an elephant never forgets!) 🐘🐘🐘
